Return and refund policy

Returns :

We are a fresh fruit juice brand and we do not accept returns on our products.
Forwarding your subscription packs will be done on sole discretion of the company based on feasibility.

Cancellation :

Cancellation of the packs must be done 24 hours prior to the start of the subscription beyond which refund may not be processed.
For cancellation write to us thejuicyproject1@gmail.com or call us @ 06381050604 to process the cancellations.

Refunds :

Refunds will be provided under sole discretion of THE JUICY PROJECT considering various aspects.

Other terms and conditions:

◾Your subscription will be confirmed only when the payment is paid

◾The location once mentioned during the confirmation shall not be changed.

◾Change in delivery location will be done only on feasibility basis. No assurance can be given.

◾Delivery slots

1. 10am to 1 pm -(All packs) Saibaba colony,Edayarpalayam,RS puram, Townhall, Vadavalli, Gandhipuram,New siddhapudur,Lakshmi mills,Peelamedu,Nava india

2. 2pm to 5 pm -(All packs) Vellakinaru,saravanampatti,Ganapathy,Kalapatti,Sitra,Singanallur,Ramanathapuram,Saibaba colony

3. 8am to 10 am - (500 ml &1 litre packs only) Saibaba colony,RS puram,Ramanathapuram,Peelamedu,Nava india,Singanallur,Hopes.

◾ We do dedicated delivery timings for one litre family packs alone.

◾Customization of the juices in the mid week will not be accepted.

◾In case of your unavailability, make sure to Inform a day before. Last minute changes/ cancellation will not be considered.

◾One or more of the juices on the above can be discontinued and replaced(from the current set) based on seasonal availability .
